Delivery And Returns
Bibaa Interiors aim to dispatch orders to mainland UK addresses on a standard delivery within 3-5 working days subject to stock availability, however, throughout the year delivery times may differ and at busy times this may take slightly longer. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email of the delay as soon as possible. Large items and custom orders will take 2-3weeks to be delivered, and are non returnable as we order the item for you specifically from our supplier. They are however eligible for a credit note.
Delivery instructions -
Signatures are required for your delivery, however if you are happy for your goods to be left in a safe place then please ensure that you state this in the relevant box during the checkout process or enter an alternative delivery address. Please note that leaving instructions are subject to the delivery driver accepting that the parcel is safe to be left. Please be advised if you are not available to sign for your delivery and do not notify us that the parcel can be left, you may incur the charge of redelivery. If the couriers are unable to deliver, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
Please note that if an order is of high value then we may send it on a service which does require a signature regardless of whether you give instructions.
By specifying a place that you would like the courier to leave the parcel without a signature you are accepting liability if the goods go missing after being left in the place that you have specified – ultimately we are unable compensate you for this. If you are concerned that there is not a safe place then please give a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery.
Collecting From Us -
You can collect your goods directly from our warehouse at Unit One, Paytoe Industrial Estate, Leintwardine, SY7 0NB. Please be sure to bring photographic ID with you (drivers license/passport). This is essential for us to release the goods.
You can also send your own arranged transportation company to collect from us. When doing this, we need an email in advance from you confirming the name of the company who will be collecting. We also require that this is booked in with us (either by you, or your delivery company) so we can be prepared for the collection. We will then take a signature from the driver on collection. Whether it’s yourself or someone on your behalf, please understand that no claims can be made for damaged goods once the collection note has been signed.
We are sure you'll love our products just as much as we do, but just in case you change your mind we are happy for you to return your goods for a refund. Please just make sure you let us know within 7 days noting that the products must be in a resalable condition and that we also require the original packaging so we can give them a new home.
Please Contact our customer services by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. In the case of a damaged product, we will need to be notified within 3 days, and we would require an image to be sent for us to pass on to quality control.
Please be advised that if an item is returned to us after our returns period has ended, then we can only offer an exchange or credit note, we are unable to offer a full refund.
